A workspace is the place where your team works together. It keeps your inboxes, customer records, campaigns, and integrations together. If you run more than one business, you can use a separate workspace for each one.
Before you begin
You need a Botat account and access to its email address. If Salla created your account after an installation, use the activation link in your email first. Your store workspace is already created; you do not need to create it again.
Create a space for your business
- Sign in to Botat and open the workspace selection page.
- Choose the option to create a workspace.
- Enter a clear business name, such as Noura Store. This is the name your team will use to recognize it.
- Add your business details. Choose the category that best describes your work, and complete the relevant fields.
- Review the team and role options if you want to set them up now. You can invite people later.
- Finish setup and open the workspace.
A workspace is separate from an inbox. Create the workspace first; connect your WhatsApp number or website inbox inside it.
Find your workspace tools
The sidebar opens your inboxes, customer records, campaigns, and integrations. The workspace switcher takes you to another business without mixing its data with this one.
- 1Create a channel with New Inbox.
- 2Open the inbox you want to work in.
Confirm you are ready
Check that the workspace name is correct before connecting a channel or store. Next, connect WhatsApp or invite your team.
Change business details later
Open Settings → Business details to keep your business information current. Changes to those details do not move a store integration into a different workspace.
