You need the Rekaz authorization key and tenant ID for the business you intend to connect. Ask the person who manages that Rekaz account for the correct values.
Add the connection
- Select the correct Botat workspace, then open Integrations → Rekaz.
- Add a connection and enter a name your team will recognize.
- Paste the encoded key into Authorization key. The field expects the value without the word “Basic”.
- Enter Tenant ID.
- Leave Base URL (optional) empty unless your Rekaz setup specifically requires an override.
- Save the connection.
- 1Filter integrations by Commerce.
- 2Open the store integration you need.
Register the notification address
Reopen the saved connection and copy the Webhook URL shown there. In Rekaz, open Identity → API keys → Webhooks and add that address to the appropriate configuration.
This address identifies and authenticates incoming events. Keep it with your connection details rather than putting it in public screenshots.
Choose what Botat should do
Open Rekaz notifications to configure the available customer messages, sender, and templates. Select the connection when using Rekaz actions in an automation or chatbot.
Saving the credential and registering the notification address serve different purposes. If an action can access Rekaz but no events arrive, review the webhook setup separately.
Verify with a test
Perform a suitable test action in Rekaz using a test customer, then inspect the expected result in Botat. Check the tenant, connection, enabled notification, and message template if the outcome differs from what you expected.
