Troubleshooting

Get help with a clear report

Gather the details that help your workspace owner or support team investigate.

Jump to a section

For a missing menu, invitation, or permission, start with your workspace owner. They can check your role, membership, and inbox access. For a connection or delivery issue, gather one concrete example before contacting support.

Include these details

  • The workspace name and the area of Botat you were using.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • The approximate time and timezone.
  • The exact error text, if one appeared.
  • The affected campaign, inbox, connection, or conversation identifier, if shown.
  • The checks you already tried and whether another teammate sees the same issue.
Confirm the workspace before collecting details about a problem.
  1. 1Keep your workspace name recognizable.
  2. 2Choose the category that describes your business.

Take a useful screenshot

Capture the relevant page and the visible error. Keep the feature name and status in view. Hide customer message content, personal phone numbers, payment details, connection codes, and credentials that are not needed to explain the issue.

Do not include passwords, API keys, activation links, or authentication tokens. A support report should explain the problem without giving access to your account.

Send the report

Email [email protected] with the details, or share them with your workspace owner. Keep follow-up information in the same conversation so the person helping you can see what has already been checked.

If a guide was unclear, include its page link and the step where you got stuck. The helpfulness buttons below save a preference on your device; they do not open a support ticket.

For common issues, start with message delivery or store and channel connections.

Search workflows, settings, and everyday questions.
