Open Campaigns, find the campaign by name, and open its details. Check the intended sender and schedule before deciding that a campaign is delayed.
- 1Start the campaign wizard.
- 2Search for a campaign by name.
Understand the campaign status
- Draft: preparation is not yet a launched send.
- Scheduled: the campaign is waiting for its planned time.
- Running: the campaign is processing recipients; sending pace and delivery windows can affect progress.
- Paused: processing has been paused and can be resumed.
- Completed, failed, or canceled: review the result before preparing another send.
The campaign’s status and an individual message’s delivery status answer different questions. Completion does not mean every recipient read a message.
Inspect recipient results
Review the available recipient results and errors. Compare sent, delivered, read, failed, or skipped results where shown. A provider accepting a message is different from the customer’s device receiving it.
For a failed recipient, check the phone number, sender connection, selected template, and required variable values. For skipped recipients, inspect the displayed reason and campaign limits before enabling a retry option.
Pause or stop a send
Use Pause for a running or scheduled campaign when you need to review it. Use Resume when a paused campaign is ready to continue. Cancel only when you intend to stop the remaining work.
Messages already sent cannot be recalled by pausing or canceling. Check the latest results before creating another campaign for the same audience to avoid duplicate messages.
If delivery remains unclear, collect the details for help.
