Choose the Botat workspace that should own the Zid connection. Have access to the Zid merchant account authorized to connect apps.
Start the connection
- Open Integrations and select Zid.
- Add a connection and give it a recognizable name.
- Select Connect with Zid.
- Complete the authorization in Zid, confirming the intended store.
- Return to Botat and check that the connection shows the expected store and a connected status.

- 2Open the store integration you need.
Use the connected store
Select this connection when configuring a Zid action in a chatbot or automation. For supported store messages, open Zid notifications, choose the sender and message settings, and save. An authorized store connection does not automatically enable every message.
Reconnect when needed
Open the existing Zid connection and use Reconnect Zid if authorization needs renewal. Confirm the store again. Avoid creating several similarly named connections to fix one expired authorization.
If you return to a different workspace after authorization, switch back to the workspace where you started. If the connection is still missing, collect the displayed error and follow the connection checklist.
